I have contacted you guys for seven days morning and night regarding my free spins and lack of credit going to my account, in the amount of 11.4mbtc.

I am starting to wonder if there is even an actual “investigation” going on. Sounds crazy, but there’s no logical explanation for this taking so long.

For 7 days straight so far you guys just send me the same line of “the issue is being. Investigated by the proper department. We will update you as soon as possible. “

However you guys will not allow me to inquires any further regarding this matter.

I have literally sent you a video of the free spins happening and my account not being credited the spins…

In the past, whenever I was playing fruit dealers, My phone died as SOON as I hit the free spins. The spins were not played and not credited.

I forgot all about even playing fruit dealers.

Fast forward to 7 days ago, I randomly clicked fruit dealers and I was so excited as I began to Lamy the 7 free spins immediately after clicking on the game. It played through all 7 spins and I won 11.4mbtc, as shown in the video I sent you all 6-7 days ago.

As you can see in the video, although I won 11.4mbtc, the chips were not credited to my account as my balance remained zero, just like it was when I randomly clicked on fruit dealers and the bonus spins began to play for 7 rounds.

That’s exactly what happened and I have sent you all explanations, screenshots, VIDEOS, etc.

It makes NO sense that an “investigation “ of this matter would take 7 whole days.

It makes no logical sense…

Either you guys are unable to verify my story even though I have presented video evidence to support my claim, or whatever “department “ is involved in the “investigation “ just truly does not care to help me solve this issue @ ALL, and could care less if I ever get my credits I rightfully won playing on 7bit.

It blows my mind that you all have such little drive in helping me, a daily depositor and player of 7bit, get my free spins credited to my account as they should be.

Honestly having to do all of this begging and pleading and daily asking 7bit for help is very exhausting.

I will NOT stop inquiring and bothering you all until something is done, today, not another 7 days from now…and I am given the 11.4mbtc that is rightfully mine.

I’m including our previous communication and this inquiry in the ask gamblers report that I am filing tomorrow morning.

I'm also reporting this incident to a few other major online casino review sites.

At this point even if you all do decide to credit my account with my 11.4 mbtc that I deserve, this is still a horrible experience no one should have to go through when dealing with customer service of any online casino.

It is incredibly frustrating when I’m giving you all the proof you need and I keep asking and asking about the issue.

I’m met only with automated replies and an obvious lack of response, or drive from 7bit to aid me in retrieving my 11.4mbtc that I win plying fruit dealers.

Common sense would lead one to believe that you guys are just feeding me a line with no real answers behind the line I am continually fed.

Please solve the

Problem and issue my 11.4mbtc.

PS: 99% of my Belatra, Booming and Spin4win games are still not working and I get an error code when I try to play them.

Amy was an awesome help and was very kind generous and went out of her way to explain everything as much as she could.
It was a frustrating process, but I appreciate her helping me work toward the resolution.
