I`ve played at 22bet for a few months, only making deposits(by card) since I`ve only lost. Around 10 days ago I won 660 euros and its impossible to get them out of 22bet.
I tried to withdraw using my card, it said ”payment processing error” and was told to talk to my bank. My bank says that 22bet is processing the payment wrongly, making it impossible to authorise the payment. My withdrawal is designed as a reverse payment(a payment i made that they now are sending back) by 22bet. I have never made a deposit to 22bet thus rendering their reverse payment an impossibility. The bank says that they need to make a payment sent with a clearing file but 22bet insist on that my bank should solve it.
For a Swedish bank it is technichally impossible to authorise a reverse payment as the system automatically blocks it and the bank is not capable of authorising a reverse payment of a payment I myself didnt make.
One of them suggested making a deposit with a paysafecard at a minimum deposit value to be able to withdraw the funds. I bought a paysafecard only to find out that i cant make a deposit because 22bet doesnt accept paysafecardcodes bought in sweden.
Now they dont answer anymore.
