Withdrawal was approved but was waiting for confirmation from the operator
I am currently having an issue with my withdrawal being confirmed by the operator. I have never had this problem before when withdrawing from this casino and winnings are transferred to my bank account within minutes after withdrawing funds and available instantly. Last week 29/09/2021 I deposited just a lil to play and while I was playing a slot game called Tiger stone Hold and win I won free spins in the game, but unfortunately I was logged out of the game in the midst of playing my free spins, and winnings I won in the free spins was not credited to my account. The game would not log me back in to finish my spins saying Internal error please contact customer support. So I did they tried sorting the problem so I can log into the game but they had no luck, and have noted it down and hopefully it will get sorted. In the meantime I played the rest of my credit on another slot and had no luck. So I deposited a couple of times after. I then gave up until the other night dated 04/10/2021 around 9.30 nzl time I logged in to 22bet to see if my spins and whatever winnings I had that wasn't paid was there and it was so I continued my last spins. I happen to win up to $100 from my spins and thought I will withdraw it because they were my own winnings. I withdrew 15mins later. Once I did it said it was approved and waiting to be processed and confirmed by operator. I contacted and emailed the site in regards to this and I also spoke with an online consultant about why the delay and I waited over 4 hours to then get no answer all I got was please hold etc every 40mins or so. Still as of today 6/10/2021 at 6.09pm nzl time it still waiting to be confirmed by the operator. I have screenshots and emails that I will attach to this email. I would like to know why it's taking this long as it's never taken this long before. it was always instant. I am getting frustrated as to why I've received no updates about this. All I want to know is why it's taking so long and if there is a problem please inform me of what so I can help with whatever is needed to get this sorted and processed asap. I know it's only $100 but the point is it's money that I won fairly and entitled to.
