first of all, I would like to say, that I am a losing player. I spent thousands of rupees at this site and I know, I will never win it back.
Still, sometimes I win some money and that is what happened now.
And for the past days, or maybe a week, I am simply unable to withdraw money. It is around 9440 INR.
I am communicating kindly with support, but they are not helping me much. Constantly saying,Unable to withdraw funds on request №372821735 in the amount of 9440.00 ₹, (5305....52). (Denied by operator. (Payment processing error))
Master card is the only way I deposited money. Why I am not able to withdraw it through this way.
I am a loyal customer, who wagered thousands, therefore I would expect the same from 22bet side.
I can imagine, that if I would be a winning player, they will not like my withdrawals. But why I am still being rejected, I don't know.
Please, let me know, how should I proceed, as master credit card withdrawals are still denied (see attached)
Note: I have screenshots as well but I am not getting any kind of attachment option on this page so please do not reject my complaint.
