Hi, I created an account with 22bet and did deposit and played there, and i did another deposit and couldnt play and they asked for my KYC documents, I sent them the documents and heard nothing, contacted support on chat and they say they have not received anything. I show them screenshot of the mail. They asked me to resend and I did. Still the same, nothing happens.
I contact support again, but either it is a chat robot or somebody poorly understanding english. Because they same the same over and over again that I need to send in the papers.
I have sent them screenshots of the 2 emails with the documents. I was also appointed a VIP manager, I contacted him, and he was going to try and help me. Still not heard nothing from him even if I have sent him a couple of emails, firstly he couldnt help out. But when I said I was filing an report if he couldnt help he sait he would try to assist.
I have 160 USD in the account not being able to withdraw either.
I googled 22bet and I know I should have done that before i deposited there. Because the reviews where about the same problems I have. And people saying the money is lost if you deposit into 22bet.
I found this site through an affiliate site that gave them good score. But I guess thats just for the affiliate to generate money.
