Gday, for about a week ive been emailing back and forth trying to get my money back, sending numerous copies of the same verification documents then being forwarded on to "specialists" only to be told i can not withdraw my money.
I have been trying to withdraw my funds the same way i deposited. I deposited 100$ and im trying to withdraw a little over 400$ but i keep getting knocked back. Visa is the only option out of the many withdrawal options that i can use. and its the method i used to deposit money.
