the reason why the withdrawals were denied :
1) the customer was trying to use the other payment method to withdraw the founds and
according to our T&C - "You can only withdraw funds using the same payment details that were used for depositing funds into your account. If you use different methods to make a deposit, withdrawals should be proportionate to the deposits made using any particular method."
2) next. time the customer entered the amount to withdraw more than
the current balance
