I have been playing at 22bet for a while and have used my visa card as a deposit method. Never any problems as long as I lose my money, but now there have been problems when I want to withdraw my winnings.
I cannot make a bank transfer and it is not possible to send the money back to my Visa card. The support says that it is my bank's fault but when I contact the bank they do not understand at all what I mean. There should be no problems at all according to them.
I have tried to make at least ten withdrawals but all are rejected and the money is sent back to my gaming account. I have also tried to deposit money via paysafecard to later make a withdrawal using that method, but it did not work either. The casino is not at all willing to help me, only refers to the fact that the problem is my bank. So this is an dead end..
I ask you for help here as it is incredibly time consuming and mentally stressful as it involves, for me, a lot of money.
