Hello, I have tried in vain to close my game account at 22bet casino.
I have written several times from my profile where you have the opportunity to send a message directly to the administrator and have also written several emails to them.
I inform them that I have stopped playing online for real money and that I am therefore in the process of closing my game accounts around the different casinos where I am signed up.
The only answer I received on my countless inquiries was that they wanted a reason why I would close my account, which I replied to, and again informed them why.
I have since not heard anything from them and they have not closed my account with them.
Will you not be nice and help me get them to close my game account with them as I'm afraid to fall back in and start playing for money again ... ??

The information that the request has to be sent to [email protected] is not to find on their website, and after i wrote to admin from the feature they provide their players within the profiles, and admin answered back 1 time, i belived i had put my request at the right place, and after the 5-6 emails i send to support and similar amounts more to admin the 6/4, without any kind of response what so ever, i find it strange why you first today provided the information about this new email adress.
I know for a fact you could have done that many times since friday afternoon, where i made the request to have my account closed.
Instead this first happened when Askgamblers took up the complaint, and had they not done so, my account would still have been open, and i would still not have recived any response from 22betcasino.
I feel sorry for the future players who try to stop playing for money and want to close their account at your casino.
