Hello! On Monday, August 27th, I made a deposit to bet22 via e-voucher that you can use on their website. I was then directed to giftbagprecards.com where I filled in my visacard details. The purchase went through. When I was then directed back to 22bet's website, the purchase was denied. The money was drawn from my visa card but the money never reached my account at 22bet. What happened after the purchase was that I received an email from giftbagprecards.com with two voucher codes. Now I have tried to get the money for five days by sending proof, pictures etc to 22bet. They do not help me. I'm getting tired of this and feel cheated. I attached five pictures here: 1, Picture of my conversation with the 22-bet chat asking me to send in documents, I have done this several times but get no response. 2, Image from conversation with giftbagprecards.com where they say they will solve the problem of 22bet but nobody will solve this to me. 3, Image from mail from giftbagprecards.com where I get my two voucher codes (these are sent to 22bet) but without reply. 4, Receipt on purchase/deposit where all details are very clear. Time, date, etc. 5, Print screen from my internet bank on purchase/deposit. My account name at the casino is: < username removed > Please help me!

Unfortunately, here's another example of just trying to trick me.
I just received an email reply that I had received the money from my account and I would check my transaction history.

As you can see clearly in the pictures, I have not received the money.
The purchase via e-voucher was made 2018-08-27.
That day, no money has reached my account.

On the other hand, I have made three deposits afterwards, two via trustly and one via entropay.
The money via trustly and entropay I have received directly but not the purchase via e-voucher 2018-08-27 as you can see clearly in the picture.

Is this really serious?
