I won some money at this casino and right after that I had my account blocked and asked for verification.
I contacted by email for verification and sent everything I was asked for, screenshots of my neteller account, cards and ID. Finally, I was asked for proof of deposits that I made several weeks ago using a Portuguese method known as Multibanco. that method uses an entity and reference for deposit. These payments can be made in stores for this purpose and paid in cash. And of course, I didn't keep the payment slips after the amout was credit on my 22bet account. Now I have no way to send this.
I am very frustrated because they do not understand my situation, I proved my identity with everything I had and I am fully aware that I did not violate any term.
I have 235 € in the account and what it seems to me, and having already read several similar complaints, is that they just don't want to pay.
I do not recommend this house to any Portuguese customer

The player successfully withdrew funds on 2020-01-23 at 20:40:07 and then requested additional verification according to the casino rules. Eventually, he passed the verification and has been playing and withdrawing successfully with no problems since 2020-05-14
