On 21st September 2021, I have deposited some amount in 22bet.com, but till now it is not credited. I emailed to bet22 support team and they said the amount is rejected automatically and it will be reverted back to my account, and they said to contact my bank. I reach out to bank and bank has confirmed that the transaction is successful and already settled on 22nd September 2021. Again I contacted the bet22 support, they keep on repeating the same email. Saying the amount is automatically rejected. Now then where is my money, bank said money is confirmed with the merchant(bet22) and merchant says the money is reverted back. Who is the culprit here. Is there any way that I can take any legal actions against this type of fraud.
