Hello.
I’m having a problem with withdrawing the funds from my account. I am already a verified user and have sent all the needed documents to the security department via email.
It started when I tried to withdraw the money to the card I made the deposit to, I quickly got a response saying that “there is a payment issue” and I cannot use this card for this unclear reason. I talked to support which was no help and was repeating the same message. I waited another day to talk to another support operator, I was advised by him to use another card to withdraw the funds, but first I needed to deposit more money and bet on any sport event with odds of 1.1 and higher, so I did that. I sent all the proof required including both sides of the card to the security email again, when I tried to withdraw I got the same error. Next I tried using bitcoin, so I made another deposit and placed a bet on a sport event (again) and I thought now I would be able to withdraw the funds, but I got another error saying that I can only withdraw the same amount of what I deposited if I used bitcoin. And they advised me to use an e-wallet called skrill which I really have no clue on how to use it.
