Denied by operator ''Payment Processing Error''

First, thanks for the attention.
I've spent all my day trying to solve this, along with the support/security team of 22bet Casino.
My account has been made 2 days ago (05/03) and I made the first deposit via PrePaid Visa Credit Card, of 1€, earned plus 1€ of bonus and lost it, made a second deposit friday of 63€ and won 137€ reaching 200€. Tried to do the withdrawl process today, and failed. I receive an error, normal around here on this site, as I searched about it: Denied by operator. (Payment processing error).
Went to the live chat support, talked to one guy (first 3 printscreens, in portuguese), who said that I should contact security@22bet email to activate the SEPA method, tried it, but I need the residence permit to activate the SEPA method... so I asked what's the another way to have my money, and they passed me to the support-pt@22bet email, who didn't answered yet. Tried the option of getting a callback from the app, and a guy called me from UK, said that he would contact the specialists and would give me another call, waited, and another guy from Belgium called me, saying that was my bank that was with a problem... so I called my bank, talked with them about the situation, and my Prepaid Visa Credit Card was able to receive any deposit from anywhere.
Tried again the live chat support and the guy gave me another solution: send to security@22bet a photo of you, holding your passport, with the email conversation with security@22bet opened, everything in 1 photo, so I did it. And received this message by the 2nd time:
"Dear customer,
You should send photos of your residence permit.
Unfortunately scanned copies and photo copies are not accepted for verification.
The photos should not be cropped, all data should be visible and readable on the photo."
Said to them that I don't have a residence permit, again, and they said that is not possible to activate the SEPA method without a residence permit, but I didn't wrote that I wanted to do the SEPA activation, I wrote that I wanted the bank card activated so I could withdraw the money... no answers after that, and I still waiting... all my saturday lost, plus the time I spent playing on the app.
