I made a deposit of 300 on 22bet and double it to 600$ after that i tried to withdraw and they asked me for a few pictures and documents to verify my accont.
I have been trying to verify my account since 30 of july .
They asked for my id = all good
They asked me to send pictures of holding my id of the background of the security department email and thats where the problem begins
I have been trying to do it since 30 of july and they refused maybe around 15 pictures....
I think its getting quite crazy since i know most of my pictures have great quality with everything clear and visible...
I even wrote a email to a portuguese 22bet support and they said the pictures are fine and guess what happened when i sent the pictures to 22bet security department? they refused again....
"You should send the photo of your document near your face on the background of the mailing with security department of the better quality.
All the data should be visible and readable."
this is what i get everytime i sent them a picture....
