I withdraw Canadian dollars
They don't pay me with Canadian dollars! They pay with Euros and send less than my real amount.
On the thousands that I withdrew, my net loss was $54 not including my bank fees which are mine since they are not able to do a proper deposit and send a wire.
I want my $54 in my account, I will certainly play it which is no the point. The point is their incompetence in handling this issue makes it even worse.
A stellar review was left for them by me but their true colors have shown that they don't really care about solving a simple issue and blame my bank???? My bank has nothing to do with you sending the wrong currency for conversion, not my banks problem!
Put $54 in my account as cash please, not as bonus. It's my money, your exchange rates are your business, to avoid this in the future just update your payments to Canadian currency like so many other casinos and stop short changing honest winnings.

Anyway.... complaint has been solved.
They put 54 dollars into my account.
This is a good casino and hopefully this complaint, which is now solved will not stain their reputation.
EcoPayz deposit option is best for Canadians. No exchange issues when withdrawal is done.
Anyway.... please close complaint as solved.
