Withdraw issue of 200 since May 29th
Hello,
I had a withdrawal £200; request on the 28th May and accepted on May 29th. However, on June 1st, I was contacted by customer support, who informed me that they were unable to process the payment to the bank I have requested for. They requested alternative bank account details, which I promptly provided on the same day. Despite this, I have not yet received the payment, and I haven't heard back from them either. It's quite disappointing as they seem to accept deposits without any issues but delay payments to their customers.
Please help to resolve this.
