I have made winnings of 827 € on https://21bets.com.
I used credit card for deposit. Creditcard does not offer a withdrawal option.
So I made another deposit with jeton, which is also available for withdrawal.
I made the rollover with my new deposit. Now I want to withdraw my winnings.
The company asked me to imitate a bank transfer withdrawal, after they declined my jeton withdrawal request.
So I made a banktransfer withdrawal, and now the company wants me to make another deposit using bank transfer.
I would even do this, but bank transfer is not an option for deposit at the available option.
Will you help me solve this issue please?!
I'm quite desperate...
I do not know what kind of proof you want. I could send all the emails and chat transcripts and the cashflow statistics?!
