Cancelling my withdrawal several times, payment still impossible to be requested
With my second deposit on 29 august I was lucky and request my first withdrawal. Unfortunately withdrawal back to my credit card was not possible (until today). If you click on cashout only an empty red messagebox appears. Livechat told me they have technical problems and I should try bank transfer. After sending all the documents and getting an email that I am now fully verified I request withdrawal via bank transfer. Some days later (2 september) they accept withdrawal and one day later (3 september) the money is back on my account and I can see in the history that there was a deposit (but not from my side!) 2 other withdrawal requests via bank transfer was also canceled. I got many emails from support that they have technical problems and I have to wait. On september the 10th they ask me to make another try via bank transfer, but now there is no more option to withdrawal via bank transfer on their casino homepage! So please askgamblers help me finding a way to get my money.
