I have 77k balance. I have withdrawn $2250 last week and it’s now been 8 business days and still no money in my account.

This happens everytime I request a withdrawal it takes up to 2-3 weeks to get my money. The terms and conditions are 3-5 business days. The support team has a generic line every time saying there is a delay in the process and finance has been notified. Basically, I feel like I’m talking to bots all the time.

My VIP manager, Lucas. He told me to gamble more and make more deposits and my withdrawals will happen sooner. I did that, made $1000 deposits and gambled 50k last week. That didn’t change a thing.

This online casino withdrawal program is 0/5. I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone.

Here is the crazy thing, Sportuna VIP is telling me to get faster withdrawals I need to deposit more. Why would I deposit when I have 70K + in my bankroll. I didn’t read in the terms and conditions that you have to deposit daily to get your withdrawals in 3 business days. Obviously, they just want to stall my withdrawals so I will blow through my bankroll.

If anybody is looking for fast withdrawals please never use this casino. This has been an awful experience and if it wasn’t for Ask Gamblers, I don’t know if I would ever get my money that I earned. It will take me about 5 years to get my balance out at this rate.
