Hello,

I have been waiting for my withdrawal for weeks now, at first they confirmed that the withdrawal was processed and after a week they asked for verification, but I did not get any email about it.

And now I have provided them with all the documents they want and still don't verify me so I can get my withdrawal.

They put me on wait or are "checking" or waiting for "queue" and just waste time.

All documents are sent multiple times.

That was said from 28th July and then i still did not receive the money, after i tok contact with the support and they told me to verify first then i should be able to get the money after a long time off process then i got verified and now still not received any of my money. If you meant that it has been paid now at the moment, then also still not received anything.

What a waste of time it has been, and in the end the casino just sent it to another account which i never did deposit with. After this long time it took for me to receive my money and the casino sent to another account. I will rate this very bad and never come back again to this casino.
