I have been waiting for my withdrawal for weeks now, at first they confirmed that the withdrawal was processed and after a week they asked for verification, but I did not get any email about it.
And now I have provided them with all the documents they want and still don't verify me so I can get my withdrawal.
They put me on wait or are "checking" or waiting for "queue" and just waste time.
All documents are sent multiple times.
