I emailed NetBet support (using the e-mail address available on their site) on order to close my account with gambling problem being the reason for the closure. Instead of closing my account, NetBet later offered a cash bonus to me. At no point had I stated, that I wish to have my account open nor did I cancel my request. I ended up depositing money, which I asked NetBet to refund because I had asked my account to be closed. As requested by me, NetBet closed my account after contacting the support but now I have not heard anything about a possible refund despite support said that the matter is being handled.
