I tried to withdraw 5000e “know about the weekly limit” made a withdrawal then self-excluded me for 7 days and the next morning I’m getting a massage from finance that I need to log in and do 5 withdrawal transactions. Still waiting on my two withdraws, it’s been 11 days now. It’s just a bank transfer with zimpler. Don’t feel so happy about that. I think it should be little bit faster payouts then that. The support only tells me that the money will arrive at my bank account soon. They don’t say any day or time.

Only thing I can rate positive is their website design. Looks really nice, someone really did a great job there in shaping and implementing. Nice work.

As someone also stated here, the lightning fast deposit is only related to depositing money. The withdrawals here do take a really long time (at least what I have experienced).

As soon as you make a withdrawal you will get a popup with info that you will get an email to complete your withdrawal. But l didn't get an email, tried to withdrawal again, no mail ....so to the chat, I had to try again and wait. Nothing of course, went to chat again, they said they would check it out and I had to wait. So I was in the chat for two (!!!) hours and all I heard was ; hold on. The bonus money wager counter does not count until you play from the bonus money. It’s a good thing to make the bonus money non-sticky. Unfortunately, the payment for Neteller e-wallet is very slow.
