So Betncatch is a casino I joined some time ago. I really have no recollection why or when it happened but for all I know I never made any deposits there. Lately I have been receiving many newsletters from them with really decent promotions. The one that caught my attention was a 100 free spins on Gonzo's quest for a 20 euro deposit.
After getting this promotion I visited their page and noticed that they are one of Every matrix casinos and I am a fan of them because I have had mostly great experiences with them. So after going through the terms I found out that not only I was eligible for the free spins, but that they also had 20X wagering for the bonus and 150€ max cashout. Also they had Netent and few other softwares so I went to my account and deposited right away. I won around 30€ from the spins and with some ups and downs I lost the money at the end.
About two weeks later I received similar promotional email with bonus code, this time for Fisticuffs slot. I won 20€ from them, played Twin Spin afterwards and made a 80€ withdrawal request. I received KYC request from them and I had a conversation with their support, as I was getting my passport done and the new one hadn't arrived yet.
Overall I feel like they are a good casino and I really enjoy them. They have great promotions and the customer support is nice and helpful. In my opinion they have great variety of games and after verification I got my money in a week as they were having some difficulties with their payments, which of course was a little unpleasant. Poor game selection, withdrawal took 6 days to Skrill. Customer support was not good. They have no live chat or phone, so you can only communicate with emails. They have good bonuses, but if everything else is bad I don't play casino's like that.

Nothing great about that actually, but I was itching for some action, and itching for some free spins too, so that got me into the casino. Registration was easy as expected, but getting the deposit bonus money and getting the free spins wasn't! Each step required a request to the casino via email or by using their online form - first requesting for that bonus money, and when that's used up, then requesting for the free spins in turn. A very inconvenient and undesirable way of getting things done, and best if removed altogether! I find it really strange that this casino still requires such steps to be taken, when almost every other casino gets them done automatically by the system!
BetNCatch is more like a dedicated NetEnt casino, with no other game providers in their portfolio, except for Evolution and EGT. Nowadays, players want everything in a casino, for simplicity and convenience sake, so having only 3 game providers would not be popular at all. I find this rather restrictive too, because EGT games are not in my favourite list, I don't play any live games at all, so I only had NetEnt games to play with. If I want to play Microgaming or Play'nGo games, for example, then I have to go somewhere else!
Customer support is indeed available, but they aren't as fast as I would like them to be. My request for the deposit bonus only got a response the day after, and similarly with my request for the free spins too. That sucks!
