Hello .

I have been an active player for 22bet, for a while and it has been very good experense so far. Until this happens.

So lets start with an withdrawal that I have made on 04/10/2021 via bank transfer. So some times in a while 22bet asks for some documents for the verifications. On that transfer, they have asked me for some documets and within 24hours, I got the money on my bank.

2 days after .

On 06/10/2021, I made another withdrawal, this time confirmed straigh away by the operator. Two days after the withdrawal was aproved on my account but the money wasnt arriving. I asked the 22bet , and they told me that i need to way up to 7 working days. I was completly ok with that. On the 8th working days, I was a bit worried and contacted the 22bet via phone and they told me that all the withdrawal up to 10/10/2021 was having some issues and they told me that in the next 3 working days, I was getting my money on the account. Well 4 days after I contacted them again and they told me to wait another day. Two days after and they told me that till the end of the week I would get my money 100%. Well that didnt get the money then as well.

Right now it has been 19 days since the withdraw has been confirm and its peding to recive on my bank accout, I didnt get any more answer form them anymore .

I hope to solve this fast and I am welling to help in any way I can .

Day 20 . Still no replys at all .
Very strange that there was a day when all the calls that we had with 22bet , all the support members , told me that my question was already solved and i should ask to reverse my withdrawal and make it by skrill .
I have done and they still didnt answer me .
