WestCasino - Westcasino is delaying my payment of 110 Euro

Hi Guys, so I've played at this casino and managed to get my balance over the minimum withdrawal amount and complete all wagering requirements. After submitting my withdrawal request I asked the support chat(very friendly, albeit quite useless if you need any real support) how to proceed to verify my account. It was stated that I needed to send an email to financ­[email protected]­est­cas­ino.com with all necessary documents(ID, proof of address and so forth). That was done by me immediately. A few hours later I get an email to submit those documents, after resubmitting the documents again I inquired in the live chat and that seems to be just a formality. This happened another time as well, but a day later.

Now, I keep inquiring with the live chat how everything is going along, but nothing is being communicated than the same basic copy paste sentences (I've got screenshots).

How long does it take to verify 5 photos?

This has never happened to me and is absolute madness.

I implore westcasino to make amends and fix this problem. This is a measly 110 Euro we're talking about.

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the verification process!

Please keep in mind that these documents need to be verified by the finance team and, depending on how many other requests are in front of you it may take several business days for the process to be concluded. This is the reason why we always recommend players to get their account verified well before actually requesting a withdrawal.

As for the emails you mentioned, they are automated emails sent to remind players to send the documents. They are received regardless of whether you have already sent them or not.

From what I see on your account your documents were verified on August 04, which is well before you posted this here.

Once your withdrawal will be reviewed by the Finance team you will be informed by email.

Hello Eduard, thanks for responding.

Yes, the documents have finally been verified but the withdrawal is apparently still stuck in limbo. I'd be good if your support staff could give any information whatsoever about the status or if there were any kind of information regarding withdrawal times. As of now I have no clue whatsoever when the money will be coming.

Hello Dennis,

Once your account is verified the withdrawal goes to the pending queue and from that point it will be reviewed within 5 business days.

Usually the process is much faster, it all depends on how many requests are in fronts of yours in the queue.

You'll be informed by email once this happens.
