The withdraw process is awful. I have been waiting my withdraw, 96 hours is not true. I even use zimpler the fastest method there is. They stop answering mail, the financial team has still not answered one of the 3 emails that I sent.

Livechat saying alltime to same ¨Our financial team is pretty fast¨ ¨your withdraw is about to be paid¨, but nothing happens.... And here saying pending time is 72 hours, but the payment team still does nothing about it. And it's just that 100euros :D

I have checked and at the moment your account isn't verified.

Keep in mind that in order for a withdrawal requests to go to the processing queue, your account needs to be verified first.

From what I see you still need to provide a residential address for your account (post restante addresses are not accepted) along with a proof of address (this needs to be an utility bill under your name, issued in the last 3 months) and a bank statement in pdf format showing the deposit made to our casino.

After you provide the requested documents and your account is verified the withdrawal will go the queue and from there it will take up to 5 business days for it to be reviewed.

For the address verification you need to provide a residential address, not a generic one provided by the postal service.

I see that you were already informed of this on Live Chat and have provided a new address and document to back it up.

They returned the funds as you didn't wager the deposit you made.

Please keep in mind that you are required to wager a deposit made at least once before you are able to withdraw from that deposit:

9.9. In order to make a withdrawal, all players must play through (wager) all deposits at least once prior to making a withdrawal.

Our casino requires that you wager each deposit made at least 1 (one) time. This is not related to the bonus you claim, but a general requirement of the site.

For example if you deposit EUR 20 you will have to wager at least EUR 20 before you are able to withdraw your winnings from that session.

If you claim a bonus for your deposit then the wagering requirement will depend on the offer you choose. If you claim a standard offer then the standard wagering requirements will be added to your deposit and bonus claimed. If you choose a no wagering deposit bonus offer then you will only have the requirement to wager the deposit 1 (one) time as mentioned before.
