Weiss Casino - Delayed crypto payment since February 27th

Hello,

27/02 I decided to join Weiss Casino and made 3 deposits through Ethereum for a total of 2213.09 USDT.

On the said day, I started my ETH withdrawal for a total amount of 3263.09 USDT.

However, since then, my withdrawal has been on the same status: "In Progress". (even though they advertise fast withdrawals)

I went through their KYC and got my identity verified instantly.

Every time I try and talk to the customer support, I get the same automated messages that it's in process and could be delayed due to external factors. However, it's a crypto withdrawal with kyc verification, so I don't understand how it can take this long... (Deposits go through instantly). I can't seem to get any update on an ETA for this,s and seeing other reviews online of people waiting weeks or longer, I'm really worried.

Could you help me with this, please?

Last night I received my payment.
Now I've started a second withdrawal (974.01 USDT), hopefully this will take less than 5 days...
