Vulkan Vegas Casino verified me from December 8, and on December 10 the account was positively verified. Then, when I placed the payment order, I was asked to send the document. On December 13, I was verified again. Today, the withdrawal status changed to "processing". Payout on mifinity. The casino's explanation that I have to wait another 5 days because they have forwarded my withdrawal order to the supplier. Please confirm that it has been forwarded, they do not want to share it. The regulations specify a maximum of 48 hours for withdrawal. Mifinity accepts instant payments. So the money should be with me. No specific information from the casino.

Thank you for your complaint at multiple platforms.
Regardless of the number of complaints, the withdrawal request was approved by the casino in a timely manner and is now being processed by the external Payment Service Provider. Unfortunately we cannot influence the speed of money clearance.

We keep talking about the supplier, and where in the regulations does it say about waiting 5 days for processing by the supplier? Today at 00.00 the processing time ends! I believe that payment via mifinity should be immediate. Of course, the case is not resolved.
