On 4th of February from my bank account was deposited 20£ + 10£ + 10£ + 10£ + 10£ + 10£ = 70£ without my permission to Videoslots Casino but never was received to my casino account. I wrote complainant to customers service and asked explain where is my money but answer was "Due to GDPR they can't tell me where my card was used". I never get refund and never seen in my Videoslots account and nothing is in the history. I send to them all photocopies of card, bank statements but still nothing get back. ( in second screen shot all my deposits to casino account but all of them is from different card.)
