Unique Casino - Delaying payment again

I started playing on that casino at 19/11/2020, i deposited 200 euros and with some winnings i got to 2000 euros. I then did the verification which took 3-4 days and after that i requested a withdraw of 500. It was approved fast and i got paid, then i did another 500 euro withdraw, 5 days after they aprooved it but i never got paid because therly said i now need to withdraw with skrill, the amount was returned to my balance, i then made a skrill and asked for a new withdraw that they say needs 24hours to be prosseced which never happens. 3 days after not reviewed i decided to cancel it and ask a new one. Still nothing, so its like 3 weeks almost with their system and i only eithdraw 500 euro. I have already talked with the customer service and nothing happened they just tell me to wait. So i submit here a complain and i hope they do their job a little faster. After the last withdraw that was approved thanks to askgamblers i submit a new complaint for a new withdraw that im waiting 4 days now and i it should be approved.

We cannot pay by wire transfer because Greece changed the regulations about gambling and for that reason the user needs to use Skrill.
We sent the information to the user on time and the last deposit was approved the past week (already by Skrill); the user will be paid also this week according to the stipulated times in our Terms and Conditions.
We think that the user can trust us since we already paid him 2000 euro when his total deposits were 210 EUR and he has a new request for 1500 and another 3000 in balance.
As a serious and responsible company, we comply with our users, and according to our Terms and Conditions.

My last payment was on 6th December, so its been 2 weeks since then, my withdraws are supposed to be prosseded in 3 days maximum as you say, when i speak with the live chat they tell me that you have a lot of withdraws pending and thats why it takes so long etc, well obviously thats a lie, you are trying to delay the withdraws so i play the money and lose them, and because i am waiting so much time i played with my balance and managed to get it so high, because if you had paid me on time i would probably redeposited the money and lose them, so thanks for that, any way i would like my payment prosseded fast please and dont delay my payments on purpose i will withdraw all the money i ensure you

Because each time you are asking for wire.
And in Greece it is not possible we informed you already many times.
if you ask by wire you make the process longer because it is rejected and the support contact you to explain you.
But if you ask directly to get your payment via Skrill you will see that the process is on time.

I havent asked a withdraw through wire transfer since i was informed, my withdraws are through skrill as you asked you can see in the image i uploaded that is requested through skrill. So i cant understand why it takes so long. Can you explain it maybe?

Like we said this isn't the first time we have paid you so we don't understand why you are worried.
Your last request is in process, don't forget there is the weekend in the middle.
we already paid you 2000 EUR when your total deposits were 210 EUR and you has a new request for 1500 EUR euros in process.
Usually players love casinos where they won.
Check today/tomorrow if you have received the payment and if so please confirm it to Askgamblers.
