Unique Casino - Delayed Payment, not responding to emails

I am fully verified on Unique casino. I have been chasing a 500 withdrawal for 5 days. My emails are going ignored. The withdrawal is via skrill and their Ts and Cs state it should be processed within 48 hours. I played with no bonus. At this point I need ask gamblers to intervene as Unique seem to be not engaging with me.

I wish Unique had responded to my emails and I hadnt had to take out a complaint against them.
