Tournaverse Casino - 9 days of waiting for my withdraw after the casino has already sent the money as they claim

I signed an account here, won 1500, took me two weeks to fully verify my account , and two or three times I had to drive to the bank to bring them what they asked for, it was really annoying procedure. Once my account is fully verified I asked for a withdraw, then after two days I got an email from them on: Mon, 12 Dec telling me that my withdraw request has been granted and it will take 1 or 2 days for the money to reach my bank, again this was on Mon, 12 Dec.

Today is Wed 21 Dec, I still got nothing, I asked the live chat couple of times and they keep telling me to wait or be patient and the delay is not from them but from the third party which is in charge of sending the money they could be having some delay. Got all the emails and some screen shots for the full detailed story.

I want my money, I played here because of the good reviews and ASKGamblers review , I always trusted their Casino's reviews, please help me with this.

So , today in the morning i got my money ,,

i got Email from Tournaverse , and they were really friendly and they fixed this delay issue ,
they promissed me on Thursday evening that i will get my money on Friday ,, and the money was actually in my bank at 9:00 on Friday
