I am writing to file a formal complaint against Stake regarding my recent withdrawal transactions.

Despite the status showing as successful on the Stake platform, I have yet to receive the funds in my bank account.

I have attempted to reach out to Stake's customer support multiple times, but unfortunately, I have not received any response.

Details of the Transactions:

1. Transaction ID: 2216388437

Amount: -3000

Date and Time: 3:50 PM, 17th Oct 2024

Status: Successful

2. Transaction ID: 2218090037

Amount: -6500

Date and Time: 12:59 PM, 18th Oct 2024

Status: Successful

User ID: <removed>

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Regarding transaction ID 2216388437, please note that the UTR number for this withdrawal is 429115761871. We recommend contacting your bank for further assistance, as they should be able to assist you with this matter.

Additionally, transaction ID 2218090037 was a reversal and has been returned to your Stake account under ID 2218133242.
