Stake Casino - Suspended my account and holding funds

I'm currently facing significant frustration with the verification process for levels 3 and 4 of my Stake.com account. My identity and selfie for level 2 have been is now showing verified, but my income source and address documents keep getting rejected without any clear explanation. I've submitted a water bill along with a payment receipt for level 3, and for level 4, I provided my pay slip and bank statement. Despite these efforts, each submission is met with rejection, leaving me feeling stressful and harassed. It’s mentally exhausting to go through this process without understanding the reasons behind their decisions.

Day 16 no update from stake

As previously communicated by our Support Team 4 days ago, you are required to upload one of the following documents. Below is a list of acceptable documents for level 3 verification:

Council tax bill
Municipality bill or government tax letter
Social insurance statement
An official letter from your employer or educational institution confirming your address, stamped and signed
Tenancy agreement
Bank reference letter

Additionally, please note that the salary reflected in August does not match the amount shown on the bank statement for the remaining level of verification. Therefore, we kindly request that you submit a bank statement along with payslips covering the last 3 months to proceed with the verification process.

In accordance with item 4.8 of our Terms and Conditions, our team reserves the right to request additional documentation.

We kindly ask that you refer to our guidelines for acceptable documents at each verification level. All documents must be uploaded directly through your Stake.com account here: https:­//s­tak­e.c­om/­set­tin­gs/­verify. Once we receive documents that meet our requirements, we will expedite the review process.

As you are already aware, as mentioned by our Support team, for Level 3 verification, you will need to provide the municipal tax document along with proof of payment.

For the remaining level, please upload the annual income tax statement issued over 6 months ago, duly authenticated and signed by an official institution.

Why were my salary slips rejected? What do I need to provide for Level 4 income sources? I have income from my job, and Stake is rejecting the documents. What should I upload for Level 4 income documentation?
