I am writing to lodge a complaint against your website www.sportsbet.io. On 04/05/2024, I made a deposit of 10,000 USDT into my account with the username "< username removed >". However, when I tried to start betting, a message stating "insufficient balance" appeared, preventing me from playing.

Furthermore, I have noticed that withdrawals from my account have been disabled, meaning that I am unable to access my money, whether to play or to withdraw my winnings.

This situation is of great concern to me, as this sum represents a significant portion of my finances and it is crucial for me to be able to access it. I kindly request you to unblock my account and allow me to withdraw my money without further delay.

I am willing to provide all necessary information to ensure that my request is processed as quickly as possible. Please be informed that I will do everything in my power to seek justice in this matter and I will not hesitate to involve the relevant authorities if needed.

We were unable to see the customer's username in the message, but as per the shared screenshots, we can assume which account is in question.

It be now 4 days and no response yet, i didn't place a bet and nothing just got my account locked directly that's weird
Can you please tell them to let me withdraw my funds as i never play on your website?

The email was received on Sunday, which means it has been 5 business days counting from Monday to Friday. Today is the 6th day and I still haven't received a response. The response time has not been met and I request that you get back to me as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will have to file a complaint with Curacao and I will not give up until I have recovered my money.

We are on the 7th business day and I have no response knowing that they told me 5 business days maximum, the deadline was not respected and no response to my emails, they completely ignore me
I just want them to let me withdraw my money since I haven't made a single bet on their site and they close my account.
