Hi,
I won some money at SlotWolf Casino and want to withdrawal 28000 NOK.
My account is fully verified and all documents are approved. I have tried to withdraw money over 50 times now (EcoPayz, creditcard and Paysafecard), but when I check in after a while the withdrawal has beed discarded. I have chatted with SlotWolf several times and they tell me to try again. In the last chat they told me to try bank tranfer as the method for withdrawal. I told them that this is not an option to choose and sent them a screenshot of the withdrawal methods available. Then he told me that I can request withdrawal to EcoPayz again and that he would speek to his manager to approve it. He told me that if any issue emerged he would contact me to help me further. I have tried requesting withdrawal several times after this, but they still keep discarding the requests and doesnt contact me in any way. Can you please help me? Thank you in advance.

Dear ACCOUNT1990,
as we can see from the chats, support agents asked you first to use your card for withdrawal, however, it was rejected on the bank side. After that you were asked to request withdrawals via Ecopayz again. As we were reported, due to some maintenance on the payment method side, the withdrawals were not successful. Could you please try again at the moment?..

So I made another withdrawal attempt to EcoPayz, but again it got discarded?

Yes, bank transfer is now available and i have requested a withdrawal using bank transfer. I will let you know when this is approved and I receive the payment.
