I requested a payout on slotwolf.com on 5th october this year of 100,00 €. I paid in 20,00 € and wagered a 100 % bonus completely.
After requesting a withdrawal I received a mail (attached pic) for verification. I send over all relevant documents, they have been prooved (attached pic) and my account was completely verified. (sorry i deleted that mail from slotwolf. my fault. but in the my pic u can see that all relevant documents had been prooved) This withdrawal and every try after that had been cancelled (they call it discarded, see attached pic) by slotwolf. On all my mails to [email protected] i get no answer now and I have the same problem when i sent messages via their "support button" on their webpage. Now can u help me somehow??
