I am finding the withdrawal timeframe taking way longer than it should. I requested my withdrawal & upon request made double sure all requested docs were uploaded already and everything is exact how it should be. First document I uploaded as requested was immediately approved, but others uploaded all same time are still pending half a day later and Im still waiting for my withdrawal too be processed. With no docs or anything missing on my profile screen shots of every deposit I made to my profile today with WebMoney, as well as every other requested selfie all there. With descriptions honestly I don't find it fare at all that still I'm waiting. Phone email everything verified a while ago as-well.

Hey HOTPSYBOY,

Your document verification takes too long because it was transfered to anti-fraud department. Sometimes its happen and nothing special here. But after security check your account was confirmed and on 30th May we processed two cashouts for you without any problems.
Same will be in future, your account absolutely good and we glad to see you in Slotum casino!
