I’m writing to file a complaint against shuffle.com because I’ve had a very bad experience with their withdrawal and support process.
I made a few bets and then requested a withdrawal of 1000 USDT. Right after that, they asked me to complete identity verification, which I did right away. I uploaded all the documents they asked for.
After that, I was basically ignored. In live chat, they just kept repeating that my documents are "under manual review" with no clear timeframe at all. This went on for about two weeks.
Then they suddenly asked me to do a liveness check. Again, I did it immediately. And since then — nothing. Total silence.
When I contact live chat, they just say "write an email to support". I’ve sent multiple emails, but now I don’t get any reply at all. It feels like I’m being ignored on purpose.
Please help me get a response from them and find out why this ridiculous delay is happening. I just want my 1000 USDT that I rightfully requested to withdraw after completing all their checks.

I would like to express my concern regarding the current investigation of my account. Specifically, I am struggling to understand how placing a bet on the world’s top-ranked tennis players — Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz — with a positive handicap during one of the most reputable tennis tournaments could be considered suspicious. Similarly, a bet on a doubles match at odds of 1.55 hardly seems unusual or irregular.
To clarify, I have only ever placed two bets on my account — the ones described above. Given this limited and reasonable activity, I find it difficult to understand the basis for any suspicion of misconduct.
I respectfully request that my funds be released in a timely manner, as I believe there has been a misunderstanding. I would appreciate a fair and transparent resolution to this matter

I want to start by saying I’m grateful to the AskGamblers team for reopening my complaint, I really appreciate your help. I still don’t understand why Shuffle Casino decided to void my bet on the tennis doubles match Aboian L / Casanova H vs Huertas Del Pino C / Huertas Del Pino Cordova A. I placed this bet normally on top tennis players with odds of only 1.55, so what rule did I break? If they can cancel this bet without any valid reason, should they refund my other bets too, like the one on Sinner vs Alcaraz? It just doesn’t make sense. I believe my bet was fair and followed all the rules, so I’m asking for a clear and reasonable explanation because right now it seems completely unfair.
Hi wazbaz123, our provider informed us that the match had serious integrity concerns. As a result, the bet was voided. Please note that per our terms of service:
In the event that a match is suspected of being fixed, manipulated, or otherwise compromised, Shuffle reserves the right to withhold settlement of any affected bets until a full integrity review has been completed. This process may require extended time depending on the nature and scope of the investigation, including the involvement of official sporting bodies or regulatory authorities. If, upon conclusion of the investigation, a match is determined to have been fixed or its integrity otherwise compromised, Shuffle reserves the right to void any and all bets related to that event, regardless of whether the outcome had been decided at the time of bet placement or settlement.
Shuffle may also void bets at its sole discretion where credible suspicion of manipulation exists, even in the absence of official confirmation.
Shuffle reserves the right to withhold any payouts pending the completion of integrity checks on a match. Payouts may be delayed or denied if there is any suspicion or evidence of manipulation, fraud, or violation of match rules or platform policies.
Shuffle may, in its sole and absolute discretion, decide to suspend betting on a market at any time (even if such suspension is earlier than anticipated by the Market Title or match situation). In the interests of maintaining integrity and fairness in the markets, Shuffle may also void certain bets in a market or void a whole market in its entirety.

Every bookmaker has such rules, but they must provide clear evidence to justify their actions. They have not provided any proof to support their claims. With this kind of logic, they could void any bet they don’t like - but that’s not how it should work.
