I tried to make a £7000 withdrawal from royal panda 2 weeks ago and was asked for bank statements to verify my account. I do not have a bank account (I have never deposited with one) so was asked to send card statements from both cards I have previously used and PayPal.
Since this issue I have submitted 6 months statements for one card, 3 months statements for another card and PayPal, proof of winnings from another casino, 6 months worth of payslips, and a letter confirming a sale of property and still I am being asked for more and more verification! 17 different files I have sent!
