I deposite 1000 NOK and was lucky to win little over 50 000 NOK.
I order a withdrawal. Some minutes later they asked me to upload a picture of my ID and adr proof.
I did that right away and they both got approved shortly after.
The next day they sent me a new email. They wanted a picture that i holding my ID next to my face
and screenshot from my deposite transaction with BTC.
This was also uploaded to them right away.
Now the problem started. They approved the picture that im holding my ID next to my face.
But they rejected the screenshot from my BTC transaction.
I have been in several emails conversation with them.
In norwegian and in english.
I have also uploaded my bankstatement and my last payment slip to them.
I have only deposite 1000 NOK, little under 100 $.
The last reply they sent me in norwegian they actually wrote this:
"The document received was rejected as invalid because it was considered proof of deposit"

I really hope askgamblers can help me with this, so we can get my account verified.

Just want to add that this process startet for over a week ago!
I took a screenshot from my Qbet account now.
They are asking for this "Crypto wallet showing deposite made to our casino"
I have sent them this several times.
Screenshot that are showing my btc adr, the adresse i sent btc to and transaction ID!
All the requested information they are asking for!
When i upload this to them Qbet answer this to me:
"The document received was rejected as invalid because it was considered proof of deposit"

Seems like QBET wants to stall the process so that the players are going to blew away their winnings!

Really hope QBET now manage to verify my account so that im able to order my first withdrawal from them!
