Submitted a withdrawal request for £300 on 23/12/2022. Submitted my ID (passport) which was approved on 25/12/2022. Still not had winnings paid back to my Apple Pay. I have contacted support who have said I need to give my bank details which I did, and is now being dealt with by the payments department, but no confirmation that withdrawal is being processed.
The time it takes for support to reply to emails is a joke!
Still not had any email to say my withdrawal is being processed.
I have had a reply to one of my emails which stated that my bank details are with the payments team but this could “take some time” to process.
No explanation for delays. Looks like pure delaying tactics to hold on to money for a long as possible.

depending on your bank , it can take between 2-7 working days for it to reach your account
