So I have uploaded all documents and all have been verified.

I had a little win of £2,000 on 07/01/2023 and hit withdraw, I deposited using Apple Pay.

3 days passed and then I got a email, asking me for my bank account number/sort code and even my SWIFT code, so I sent.

Another day passed, heard nothing but was getting a reply on there messenger every 24 hours, finally got a call back and was told they tried to put it on my Apple pay but it didn't work (first time hearing that) and that he had referred it to the “payments team” .

Don't understand why it takes almost 48 hours to just withdraw me, I have passed docs and you have my bank account details.

Hi

your withdrawal completed yesterday at 17.00 GMT time via Wire Transfer
so depending on your bank . it will take between 2 to 7 business days to reach your account
