Hi there,

I am trying to withdraw for few days and have been contacting via email and chat. I have received last email that my documents were verified but still unable to withdraw now.

It has been days since my email but no response. My withdrawal page says still need some documents but emails states that all documents has been verified. It been so frustrating to get the withdrawal done

We have been trying to process your withdrawal since this morning but it keeps getting declined

depending on your bank, it could take between 2-7 days for the funds to reach your account
