Made a withdrawal of £700 on 30/12/22, still waiting over 36 hours later. I have spoken to the team using the live chat twice so far and both times have been told my withdrawal is in process and that PlayoOJO aim to pay out within a few hours failing that some withdrawals can take up to 11 hours.
I have previously made a small withdrawal on this site without such issues after verifying my id and proof of address with the site.
