I made a withdrawal request on the 2nd jan 23 for £1200 I’ve uploaded passport, driving licence, as well as council tax,

Site says email with be sent on receipt of documents and another once verified. I haven’t received any emails apart from deposit confirmations or offer. No response from online chat, pending withdrawal still same as day I requested it.

I understand verification needs to be done so withdrawal is complete, but nothing is being processed as far as I can see.

We have verified your account and tried to process the payment via ApplePay but it was declined by your bank . Support will reach out to you to about providing your bank details in order to complete your withdrawal request.

Thank you, I’ve received email confirming verification being done but nothing in regards to payment details? Is there somewhere specific I need to upload bank details to?

click and a pop up will appear with a filter to upload documents
