I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer services via email and live chat for over 48 hours with no success.

I just want someone to speak to me so the restrictions can be lifted from my account so I can withdraw my winnings or keep playing. I’ve previously had no problems with PlayOJO and their response times have been fast but now all of a sudden they won’t reply to me.

Once this is resolved I will continue to use this casino.

Please can someone from the PlayOJO team respond to me and lift the restrictions so I can withdraw some money and carry on using your services, thanks.

They’ve even verified all of my documents and won’t let me withdraw my money.

Hi your last deposit exceeded your set deposit limits which triggered a number of restrictions
the amount has been returned to you and the restrictions on your account have been lifted
