I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer services via email and live chat for over 48 hours with no success.
I just want someone to speak to me so the restrictions can be lifted from my account so I can withdraw my winnings or keep playing. I’ve previously had no problems with PlayOJO and their response times have been fast but now all of a sudden they won’t reply to me.
Once this is resolved I will continue to use this casino.
Please can someone from the PlayOJO team respond to me and lift the restrictions so I can withdraw some money and carry on using your services, thanks.
