I was playing live blackjack #16. I was betting 1410$ on one spot. After a couple of hands I sat on another spot to multiseat 2 hands at once. I put 2820$ (2x1410$) to bet. Before the hand was deal, my bets were removed (2820$) and then the hand got dealt to other players but not me. My 2820$ didn't get back into my account funds. I received a contact support pop-up.
This was on November 8. I contacted support 4 times by e-mail, zero response. Tried contacting support via Facebook, bot response. Got a hold of them on twitter, said it will be checked by game provider. It's been 2 weeks with absolutely no update whatsoever. When I log, playojo tries to resume my live Blackjack #16 session, but once I'm at the table, the funds just aren't there. You can see my bet went 2820$ to 0$ on screenshot. While other hand were shown as negative for a lost bet played. The money just vanished.
