I made a withdrawal of £1000 on 28th December 2022. The withdrawal has not been processed despite me having been in touch with an agent via the chat feature. I was advised to get in touch today to escalate this but am not getting any responses through chat, email or Facebook. I feel that my messages ate being ignored and that they do not want to release my funds. I made a withdrawal just last week of 300 with no issues.

Your withdrawal was completed on 30/12/2022 via your bank card
Depending on your bank, it it can take 2-7 working days for the funds to reach your account and that's without the Christmas and New Year holidays interfering with the process
